Forks

Over the years the humble Fork has evolved into numerous forms to meet to better suit the needs at hand:

  • Border Fork ~ the narrower head facilitates use for in between plants in a bed.
  • Digging Fork ~ a broader more robust head than a Border Fork.
  • Hand Fork ~ for delicate work between plants.
  • Hay Fork ~ to move and to turn Hay.
  • Manure Fork ~ for the dung of e.g. Horses.
  • Potato Fork ~ the tines have been designed to reduce damage to Potato crops.
  • Ragwort Fork ~ specifically designed for removing the harmful Ragwort weed.
  • Shavings Fork ~ particularly used in Stables.

Advise against using Forks to lift Paving Slabs and Tree Roots.
