It is worth taking time to select the most suitable Gloves for the job in hand, there is often a balance between protection and tactility.

Here are some examples of Gloves:

  • Leather "Rigger" ~ for rough work without the need for sensitivity.
  • PVC Gloves ~ useful for general work whilst offering a fair degree of waterproofing.
  • Nitrile Coated ~ are less hardy, but allow for better sensitivity.
  • "Marigold" Nitrile Gloves ~ offer greater sensitivity and protection against some chemicals.
  • "Finex" Disposable Gloves ~ offer a high degree of sensitivity, but are no good for rough work.
  • Puncture Resistant ~ offer greater protection against e.g. glass shards and syringe needles.
